The conference will be co-hosted by IBPSA Australasia, an affiliate of the International Building Performance Simulation Association, and the Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air-conditioning and Heating (AIRAH), Australia's peak body for the HVAC industry. This collaboration will provide a unique forum for exchange of ideas and information between simulation researchers, designers of applications, mechanical designers, and government legislators responsible for designing and enacting building codes which will increasingly include simulations. A strong turnout is expected from the local simulation user community as simulation is a hot topic for building design in Australia.
